All disputes will be resolved
under EEMMI regulation

Investigation will take place in case if the client has evidence and he has tried his best to resolve the issue directly with the company or individual he is dealing with. EEMMI members proved high quality of their services and will do all required steps in investigation and finding solution to keep their accreditation.

If some EEMMI member fails in his try to find the way to solve the problem with his client, it will be recorded and considered as a possible reason to get rejected on EEMMI annual verification.

The complaint which client submits will be forwarded to the company he is dealing with within three business days. The company will be asked to respond within 5 days, and if a response is not received, a second request will be made. You will be notified of the company`s response when we receive it. Disputes are usually closed within 20 business days.
